USA Orders - Same Day Processing

Orders received by SCP prior to 2pm EST are usually processed and shipped the same day. If you need same day order processing, please talk to your SCP account manager at the time the order is submitted to confirm same day shipping availability. SCP delivery orders are usually delivered the following business day.


SCP will use best efforts to process your order as quickly as possible. However, SCP will not be liable for unexpected delays or delays beyond our control.


New Account Orders

All new SCP accounts must have completed our New Account Application. This will allow your account to be set up properly in our system. To receive a New Account Application please call SCP sales department toll free at 1-866-470-5742 or (954)327-5770 or please visit Apply for Account.


SCP requires all FIRST orders to be prepaid by approved credit card or bank wire transfer. Approved credit terms will go into effect after the first order has been processed. For more information on establishing a new account with SCP, please contact us at sales@scpcat5e.com.


Payment Methods

Unless approved for trade credit terms, all orders must be prepaid in advance by approved credit card or bank wire payment. All customers are asked to complete our Credit Card Authorization form to obtain credit card payment approval and authorization. Credit cards accepted are VISA and Mastercard. SCP does not accept American Express, Discover, or any other credit card. For bank wire payments, please contact your SCP account manager or our Accounting department (accounting@scpcat5e.com) to obtain our bank wire payment instructions.


If you want to apply for trade credit terms, please contact your SCP account manager or our Accounting department to obtain our Trade Credit Application.


Pricing

Pricing is subject is change without notice. Please confirm current pricing at time order is submitted to SCP for processing. As a manufacturer SCP operates on lower margins than many of our competitors so we can provide you with the best quality and pricing on the market. Typically SCP will update pricing on a monthly basis. You can request a current price list from your SCP account manager. All prices are quoted in $USD and are F.O.B. SCP warehouse(s).


Tax

Orders billed or shipped to Florida, Texas, and Arizona and will be charged the appropriate sales tax as required by law unless a valid tax exemption certificate is submitted. Tax exemption certificates should be sent to SCP with completion of the New Account Application. Tax exemption certificates must be received in advance of initial order or order will be treated as taxable. No back date adjustments will be made. Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to taxes, duties, or other custom fees. These additional charges are not included on SCP invoices or shipping/freight quotes, and such fees are the responsibility of customer.


Back Orders

We try to avoid backorders whenever possible, however, they do occur. If an item is out of stock, we put the item on backorder. Unless otherwise instructed, partial orders will be processed, shipped, and invoiced accordingly. We will do our best to ship your backordered item as soon as possible. Some items are unpredictable as to the date of delivery, so please call us if you have any questions or if you wish to cancel a backorder.


Drop Shipments

SCP is able to Drop Ship orders for prequalified customers at no additional charge. All drop ships are handled in complete confidentiality.


Fraud

SCP reserves the right to refuse any order and may flag an order if fraud is suspected. Further, we will prosecute any fraudulent order to the fullest extent of the law.

SCP and it's staff are not responsible for any consequential damages, incidental or punitive damages, or incidental expenses, including injury to persons or property from any product purchased from SCP. SCP is not responsible for any incorrect, outdated, or typographical errors on documents, electronic communications, or on our website. SCP uses reasonable effort to maintain current and accurate information. However, please contact your SCP account manager or SCP sales department for confirmation on current policies, procedures, or any other information that you will rely on.
