The European Regulation 1907/2006 on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and restriction of Chemicals (REACH) entered into force on June 1, 2007. The goal of REACH is to ensure the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals.
SCP does not manufacture chemicals, preparations or articles that intentionally release substances under normal operating conditions and therefore do not fit within the scope of entities obligated to pre-register and register with REACH.
